MAKEUP BY WES CANCELLATION POLICY (Updated 01 February 2023)

No verbal cancellations of reservations can be accepted. All cancellations are to reach us by email on wesley.singh@icloud.com.

Once a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation policy is imposed with immediate effect. Cancellation fees are applicable to the entire value of the booking.

CANCELLATION FEE STRUCTURE

21-14 Days before appointment 50%

14-8 Days before appointment 75%

7 or less days before appointment 100%

​

The above cancellation policy does not apply during the peak Festive Season 1 December to 15 January – during which time, a full cancellation fee of 100% applies from 30 days prior to your booked appointment date, or from time of booking if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

A 100% cancellation fee applies to special offers and rates, this will always be indicated alongside the rate details when booking.

In the event of a no-show, or should you not arrive on the stated appointment date, your deposit will be forfeited in full on the stated appointment date and a cancellation fee for the entire booking will be charged.
